International Human Rights Law
This course serves as a primer on human rights law in the international sphere. We explore important legal principles, institutions, and actors, and address both historical and contemporary concerns of human rights law. Throughout the course, we consider three recurring questions human rights: WHY, WHAT, and HOW? 1. Why do human rights exist? 2. What are your human rights? 3. How are human rights enforced?
