I too was surprised to see sexual harassment to be considered under the umbrella of violence against women. I don't know a woman that has not been the recipient of a cat-call or vulgar comment and yet somehow, while not welcome, it is almost normal. In fact, if she speaks up, she is then called a "bitch." This course is allowing me to see the outrage in the smaller injustices as well as the obvious ones such as rape and murder.

Now, I see that week 6 is the same. I reached out to Kevin at SAIL with no response. I am going to keep with the material while hoping for resolution. :)

I noticed that Sail logs out after a period of inactivity. I'm not sure how long it is but it seems pretty short. The same thing happened to me where I had been logged out but it did not look like it. I posted my writing and it was not obvious that it did not post. MY SOLUTION to this is to click around in Sail before I post anything to be sure that I am logged in before submitting my work. I then check to be sure it is there before moving on. Hope this helps. I know that it is frustrating. :)

Atoosa, thank you for sharing (both your comment above and the detail of your story in the bio).
